Description: Baton Rouge Advocates for Safe Streets will ride - costume optional - from Magnolia Mound to the Highland Cemetery, hear a ghost story, then head back to Magnolia Mound for their "Mourning Customs of the Colonial Period" tour of the big house. Food, music, raisin pie and many varieties of libation follow.
