Touring the Moons I

Where: Highland Road Park Observatory

Cost: $5 - $6

Age limit: 8+

Description: Phobos and Deimos. Do the Martian moons inspire "fear" and "panic" in you? And don't forget Jupiter's incredible complement...ice-covered Europa, volcanic Io and the others. Children will view a presentation, then engage in a hands-on activity.

For children ages eight to twelve. Parent must remain with child. Limit fifteen; walk-ins welcome, but HRPO will take reservations over the phone beginning 21 June.
