Description: For centuries people have been captivated and frightened by these unannounced visitors left from the enormous collection of gas and dust that created the Sun and the planets over four billion years ago. We will take a visual tour of some the most photogenic comet apparitions of the past years and reveal what we still need to understand about these standbys of the Solar System.
