Beginning Birdwatching

When: Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Age limit: 8+

Description: Baton Rouge Audubon Society will present a series of beginning birdwatching
classes at Bluebonnet Swamp on the following dates. The classes are designed
for kids 8 and up to adult. Each class will cover how to use binoculars and
field guides and will also focus on a particular aspect of birdwatching. Each
session also includes a field trip out into the swamp. 1:30pm to 4:30pm. The
only fee is standard park admission. Pre-registration is required. Contact:
