Description: The Baton Rouge Gallery proudly presents ill communication. This will be an enlightening affair on the history of graffiti and how it has become one of the most inimitable forms of art in today’s society. Attendees will be able to experience graffiti in the making, as local graffiti artists Chris M.H. aka Ovek, Swan, and Saul Cruthirds, aka Jedi One will be doing live demonstrations. These creations will be raffled off at the conclusion of the event. Completed works of graffiti art will be showcased by the artists as well. The hip hop roots of graffiti will be celebrated through the beats of DJ Po-Boy, and live break dancing performed by the LSU Hip Hop Coalition. Ill communication will be held November 17th, at Spanish Moon at 9pm. The event will be $7 at the door and open to the public.
