Hardee’s is getting cozy with the Capital City.

The hamburger chain will open its second Baton Rouge location Monday, July 13, at 3120 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd. Next week’s grand opening event will feature business hours of 10 a.m.-10 p.m. The new location will offer specials and a raffle prizes during the grand opening.

The new Hardee’s will be dual-branded with the Red Burrito, a Mexican food concept that offers tacos and burritos. Normal operating hours will be 5 a.m.-10 p.m., seven days a week. The new location opens Wednesday, July 15.

Brian Kelley, managing partner of Hardee’s Louisiana franchisee Paradigm Investment Group, says in a press release that he is “excited to expand offerings in the Baton Rouge community.”

The Sherwood Forest location marks Louisiana’s ninth dual-branded Hardee’s/Red Burrito. Paradigm plans to open an additional 20 locations in the Southeast by 2020.
