Think Twice Style: Transition in black

Y’all, it finally feels like fall outside! If only for a few days, I will take it while I can. I have to confess that I almost put on tights the other morning, but then decided that it wasn’t time for that nonsense quite yet. A light jacket? Yes. Tights? Not quite. When the temps are too wishy-washy like they are now, that jacket ends up balled up in my passenger seat by noon.

My personal favorite is grey. It looks good with everything. Olive is up next, because it looks great in summer and winter fabrics. The easiest, however, may be black. Year round, black is just best. It goes with any other color (yes, even brown!), travels easily and never goes out of style.

A simple LBD and ankle boots are my go-to for fall. Toss it on and go! A scarf to hold back my mane is essential with odd rain and wind gusts. Sometimes, it is fun to wear more complicated, creative outfits, but when life gets busy, your wardrobe should be the one thing that is easy. Build your closet around pieces that can go with anything so that you can be on-the-go.
