The Food: Charles and Jynell Glaser grow fresh eggplant, watermelon, Creole tomatoes and more at Glaser’s Produce Farm in New Roads. Every Saturday morning they truck their harvest to the Red Stick Farmer’s Market downtown, where more than 50 farmers and food artisans convene at Main and Fifth streets. This month the market celebrates 10 years of providing Baton Rougeans with fresh, local produce.
