"Picking just one dish in Baton Rouge is a major challenge. A perfect dining day would start with a cup of Community Coffee and a Seafood Louie and hash browns cooked by Frenchie. Then for lunch I would have an oyster poboy and waffle fries from Walk On's. Then for dinner my wife, Gwen, and I would head to Ruffino's for cedar plank redfish and great wine recommended by Ruffin Rodrigue."
