The Baton Rouge Blues Foundation lineup for Blues Week, April 19-26.

Saturday, April 19

The Slim Harpo Awards this year honors Silas Hogan (Legend), Marcia Ball and Lil’ Ray Neal (Pioneers) and Nick Spitzer (Ambassador). Music by One Mo Time, featuring Floyd Patterson and some surprise guests. Holiday Inn Executive Center’s Cypress Room. 7:30 p.m. For details and tickets visit brbluesfoundation.org.

Later that night, catch Chris LeBlanc at Roux House and Black Sound Parade at Chelsea’s Café. Also Chris Thomas King performs at Chelsea’s Café.
