“The BBQ shrimp and grits is the favorite. Southerners love shrimp and grits, especially in South Louisiana. What makes this recipe different is the homemade chipotle sauce for the shrimp. The Romano cheese and butter that is added to the grits gives them a creamy texture. It’s still comfort food, but just a little unusual.”
