“Down here, there are pizza franchises, all serving the same stuff. In Jersey, things are different. There are no franchises. Everything is family-owned and they take care of you. The ingredients are fresh, the pizza crust is thin and the sauce doesn’t overpower the toppings. It’s a more authentic experience.”
