Un, deux, trois. In honor of the approaching holiday season shoppers looking for unique, one-of-a-kind gifts can hit up the Baton Rouge Arts Market not one, but three Saturdays in a row beginning Dec. 1 at the Main Street Market downtown. The Rigsby Frederick Salon Christmas Art Show and Sale on Dec. 2 features artwork by the salon’s namesake, as well as local artists Brian Baiamonte, Emily Cambre, Robert Moreland, Dan Swetman and Stevie Glasspool. rom 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. sample wine and hors d’oeuvres while you browse the gallery and drop your name to win a gift basket featuring products by Kerastase, Brocato, Aveda, Paul Mitchell and more. he artwork of Mallory Feltz and Tyler Mackie will be on display at the Third Street Bistreaux (formerly Avoyelles on the River) for the latest installment of the monthly downtown wine tasting dubbed “Thursdays on Third.” The event features wines from Calandro’s Select Wine cellars and heavy hors d’oeuvres.
