By the time Frank Duvic opened his martini bar at the Perkins Overpass, he was tired of coming up with creative names for his many business ventures. “I’ve been in business about 30 years, and I’ve had numerous bars and restaurants around town, and I finally decided to name one after myself.” Popular Perkins Road haunt Duvic’s is known for its wide array of martinis and its relaxed atmosphere. Duvic figured if people knew the bar was his, they would trust that it was a good place to be. “Most people know me, that’s why I named it this—it would get me a crowd right away.”
