In Reis’ monthly Sommelier column, he talks about Orin Swift Cellars’ 2013 vintage red blend. The wine “packs on heat with layers of spicy grenache, torqued with the tannins of petite sirah and infused with the rich complexion of syrah,” Reis writes. Crafted by Dave Phinney, the wine is currently available by the glass at Bin 77.
