Enjoy an Irish potluck at Acadian House Kitchen

Chef Matt Reed will be prepping some fun twists on traditional Irish dishes next week as part of Acadian House Kitchen + Bath Design’s monthly Sip & Sauté event.

The four-course Irish potluck-style dinner is Tuesday, March 10, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the interior design shop at 6971 Exchequer Drive. Limited tickets remain. Tickets are $35 plus fees. Get more information on tickets here.

Check out the menu below:

  • Salted caramel and Bailey’s martini: Fresh caramel swirled into a white chocolate and Bailey’s cocktail.
  • Soda bread with sausage and peppers: Fresh, soft baked bread served with beer brats, onions and mixed peppers.
  • Guinness beef stew: Stout-braised beef roast with potatoes and carrots in a smokey, light cream broth, served over long-grain white rice.
  • Crunchy, sticky banoffee pie: A crunchy, buttered cookie crust with caramel, bananas, fresh cream and toffee crumble.
