Description: This night's lecturer will be Brian O'Reilly from the Livingston section of the Laser Interferometer Gravity-Wave Observatory. Gravitational waves are ripples in the fabric of space-time. Dr. O'Reilly will describe the amazing cutting-edge science in progress here in Louisiana, and how history might soon be made!
