Equipped with a robotic arm and weather station, the Phoenix is our scout for a possible human presence on the Red Planet. It's only fitting that HRPO Center Supervisor Tom Northrop hosts this overview on the fourth of July. The Phoenix Mission is truly American...and Swiss...and Canadian...and German....
