Description: The internationally acclaimed dance company Ballet Hispanico, out of NYC, is bringing its spirited fusion of ballet, modern and Latin dance to Baton Rouge for this one-night-only event kicking off the 2007-08 season of the Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre. Mestizo Restaurant will serve a special tapas menu before the performance, showcasing chef Jim Urdiales' signature blend of Latin cuisine with Louisiana flair and Spanish wines to complement each dish. Tickets are $30. The performance begins at 7:30 p.m.
