Description: Dr. Charles Prosser , author of two books, Second Opinion and Second Thoughts, was also columnist for the Baton Rouge newspaper, The Advocate. For twenty years the local doctor contributed insights and advice in the weekly, "A Doctor's Journal." After his death in 2005, his wife Louis Peterman Prosser helped publish a third book comprised of his latest collection of medicinal wisdom titled, Afterthoughts.
Baton Rouge Gallery is hosting a very special Sundays@4 honoring this celebrated member of the community, July 8. Dr. Prosser's family will be presenting a reading of Afterthoughts for the public to enjoy.
The event is free and open to the public.
