Description: Tibetan lama and scholar Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche will speak at the Baton Rouge Gallery on February 8 at 7 p.m. His speech will explore ways to handle anger and methods to transform anger into a positive value.
Rinponche is the abbot of Mardo Tashi Choling monastery in eastern Tibet. Ordained at seven years old, he has spent more than two decades studying Buddhism. In last four years he has developed a following in the United States by sharing Buddhist philosophy and its application to modern life.
