Todd Graves – Raising Cane’s co-founder on Baton Rouge

“Breakfast would be with my family at Louie’s Cafe to have Frenchie’s Seafood Louie and a super side of hashbrowns and a cup of Community Coffee. Then a walk around the University Lake and a visit to Mike the Tiger would be great.

A visit to Cane’s Dog Park at City Park with my labs Raising Cane II and Roux would be next.

Lunch would be at Walk-Ons for crawfish and to visit Brandon Landry. Then I’d like to meet up with Mayor Kip Holden to talk about Baton Rouge before going for sunset cocktails on the terrace at Tsunami. Ruffino’s would be next for an early dinner before Saturday night in Tiger Stadium. After a Tiger victory, catching a concert by Better than Ezra at the Varsity would be amazing.

Finally, I’d cap off the day with a late-night chicken finger box—no slaw, extra toast, extra sauce—and a sweet tea from Cane’s 1, our original location on Highland Road near campus.”
