The country music festival will expand from two days to three—May 23-25, 2014—in LSU’s Tiger Stadium. Strait will perform the Friday night as part of his farewell tour, dubbed “The Cowboy Rides Away.” McEntire will also play Friday night. Luke Bryan headlines Saturday night, and Jason Aldean headlines Sunday. Among the other performers are Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Hunter Hayes, Lee Brice and others.
The festival features performances on the main stage inside Tiger Stadium as well as free performances at “Fan Fest” in the Lot A parking lot next to the stadium and Nicholson Drive. The free-to-the-public portion includes food and beverage tents, merchandise and an artist meet-and-greet area. General admission tickets will go on sale Nov. 5 and will be available at bayoucountrysuperfest.com. Presale special offer tickets and packages go on sale Wednesday at 2 p.m. here.
