In the football team’s new Levi’s Stadium, Chef Michael Mina is cooking up high-end tailgate and game fare. There’s a Double Barrel Wagyu hot dog with pork chicarrones; $14-$18 burgers, nachos and pulled pork sandwiches; and an upscale restaurant called Bourbon Steak that serves $75 beers and $42-an-ounce Kagoshima rib cap.
