George Strait will headline the 2014 Bayou Country Superfest as a part of the final leg of his “The Cowboy Rides Away Tour.”
The 2014 country festival will celebrate five years next year and will expand to three days—Friday, May 23 to Sunday, May 25—and takes place in LSU’s Tiger Stadium.
Strait, the Country Music Hall of Famer who has sold more than 70 million albums and has recorded 60 number one hits, will perform Friday. This is the only festival appearance for Strait during his farewell tour.
