Ruffino’s chef returns to the James Beard House

New York’s James Beard House will get a taste of Louisiana once again. Ruffino’s chef Peter Sclafani returns to the culinary landmark Saturday, Sept. 13, showing off his signature blend of Italian and French Creole cuisines. Sclafani’s menu features recipes from his debut cookbook Seasons of Louisiana.

“Cooking for the Beard House marked, in my opinion, the pinnacle of my career,” Sclafani says in a press release. “It was something I had dreamed of doing for as long as I can remember, and it’s an experience that I will never forget.” Get more information on the dinner.
