Top chefs and caterers from the area show off their skills Thursday at 7 p.m. for the 26th annual Capital Chef’s Showcase at the Holiday Inn Select. Big band music from the Baton Rouge Jazz Ensemble serves as the backdrop for the high-end affair and silent auction with LSU memorabilia, fine art and jewelry.
