Get a taste of Baton Rouge at Fęte Rouge – Capital City’s annual culinary festival returns.

Capital City’s annual culinary festival returns. Fęte Rouge kicks off Thursday with the Grace ‘Mama’ Marino Lifetime Achievement Award Dinner honoring Associated Grocers CEO Jay Campbell. Tickets for Thursday’s event have sold out. However, tickets are still available for Friday’s Food & Wine Fęte and the new Fęte du Vin. All events take place at L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge. The main fęte starts at 7 p.m. and features more than 200 wines to taste as well as local chefs preparing their best dishes in the Chefs Competition. Tickets are $75. The new premium wine tasting event, Fęte du Vin, kicks off at 6 p.m. and gives patrons an opportunity to sample elite wines from around the world. Tickets are $200.
