French Market Bistro (16645 Highland Road) is taking over an adjacent suite to give patrons a more comfortable atmosphere, according to co-owner Justin McDonald. The restaurant will fill the space that formerly housed Via Consignment Interiors but has remained vacant for about a year. In the remodel, French Market Bistro will have new restrooms and a bar, which will feature a charbroiler for oysters.
