Two formidable talents head to Baton Rouge to perform in the Red Dragon Listening Room’s series at Manship Theatre. Keith Sykes and Richard Leigh will perform Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $40. Sykes is a long-time collaborator with Jimmy Buffet and even performed on Saturday Night Live during the start of his career. Sykes has written songs with Buffett, Jerry Jeff Walker, John Prine and Rosanne Cash. Leigh is best known for writing Crystal Gayle’s hit song “Don’t It Make Your Brown Eyes Blue,” as well as songs for Don Williams and Reba McEntire. For more information on the show, click here.
