Celebrate Irish films at Manship Theatre – The Baton Rouge Irish Club’s Irish Film Festival returns this weekend.

The Baton Rouge Irish Club’s Irish Film Festival returns this weekend. Attendees of the event will enjoy four days of feature films, short films and a documentary about Ireland at Manship Theatre. Among the films on display is the new drama Calvary, starring Brendan Gleeson and Kelly Reilly. The festival also boasts entertainment from McTeggart Irish Dancers of Louisiana and live music by Wild Irish Roots. Admission is $8.50 Friday. On this night, festivities are 7 p.m.-10 p.m. and include refreshments and a cash bar. Admission is the same price Saturday. However, the festival will run noon-10 p.m. The club is also offering a $30 weekend pass.
