This time of year is perfect for a good wedge salad. On Maggie Heyn Richardson’s blog, she has prepared one “doozied up with slivers of summer vegetables, crumbles of smoky bacon and homemade blue cheese dressing.” Her recipe is easy to assemble, fun to serve and pairs well with all sorts of main courses, particularly grilled items.
