Quick Empanadas

Makes about 8.

2 cups prepared Picadillo
1 can Pillsbury Grands flaky biscuit dough
1 egg
2 Tbsp. water
Paprika

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Remove biscuits from their container and gently roll each one out on a floured surface until they are flat.
3. Place a tablespoon of the Picadillo filling on one side of the biscuit and fold the dough over the filling, pressing the edges down to seal the seam.
4. Place the empanadas on the lined baking sheet and continue the steps.
5. Whisk the egg and water together in a small bowl.
6. Brush the empanadas with the egg wash and sprinkle them with a little paprika.
7. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and golden.
